1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hodesta services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these provisions, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Hodesta provides the following services:

• Airport transfers
• VIP chauffeur services
• Luxury vehicle rentals
• Hotel-style accommodation (where available)

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

• Payments are required in advance for all services
• We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers
• Tax invoices are issued upon request
• Cancellations within 12 hours incur a 50% fee

4. Liability and Insurance

Hodesta assumes the following responsibilities:

• All vehicles are RCA and CASCO insured
• Drivers are professional and experienced
• Vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected
• We provide replacement services in case of breakdown

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive full refund. Cancellations between 12-24 hours receive 75% refund. Cancellations within 12 hours receive no refund.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal data. Information is used only for service provision and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
